The manager Dee worked with us as a family from day one, to ensure a smooth transition from a previous care company that we were not happy with. The attention to detail and understanding for what we required was second to none. The carers are simply amazing the effort they put in to put our Mum at ease on every visit is exceptional. Elstree home care are not just a company that do the minimal they exceed everyday and manage our expectations with the added touch because they genuinely care for the well-being of our Mum. Our Mum is disabled and has vascular dementia with some underlining health issues meaning that on each visit they do not know what they will face, but they attend with enthusiasm and remain extremely professional on every visit. We could not be happier with the service that has been provided and would recommend them to any persons looking for a care company.
