Personal Care
We can help with showering, bathing and dressing subject to assessment. Other services here may include assisting with your bed routines, toileting, skin care and oral care. This service can be provided on hourly basis in the morning, afternoon and or evening.
Post-Hospital Care
A Client may require extra care and support at home after a hospital admission to make sure they completely recover. With the help of our post-hospital care, clients can boost their safety at home and prevent the risk of hospital readmissions. Sometime this service involves other providers like the NHS.
Live-in Care
Live-in care or 24 hour care is a good alternative to care homes. This service allows clients to live in the comfort of their own homes with the support of our professionally trained healthcare assistants. This way help is available round the clock and it gives the peace of mind needed for loved ones who can no longer support themselves safely around the home.

When a person has ongoing healthcare needs they may need a combination of live-in and hourly visits. Many times we may need to work with our client’s clinicians, CCGs and social workers to meet the specific needs and wishes of service users.
Household Tasks and Meal Preparation
This service involves light domestic tasks like: wiping the kitchen and bathroom, sticking in the washing and hanging the washing out and a quick vacuuming. From placing your snacks within easy reach to making a cup of tea or preparing a healthy meal, we’ve got you covered. We may not be chefs but we promise you won’t go hungry or thirsty.
Shopping & Appointments
Exactly what it says here. We can accompany you to the shops, do your shopping, assist you with making appointments and getting to them. Elstree Home Care has the right trained health care assistant for you. Some time we call them personal assistants.
Medication Management
Keeping track of medication can sometime be daunting. We can help organise the medication into packs from Monday to Sunday, we can also assist with eye drops and hearing aids. In addition to this, Elstree Home Care can assist by prompting you to take your medication at regular intervals. Please note that we do not deal with needle administered medication. Contact us today.
