Elstree Home Care is a CQC regulated company and it provides a variety of support and care services which can be delivered from just one hour to 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Our services are customized to a client’s assessed needs. After the assessment we prepare a care plan which is followed by our professional carers when delivering your care.

Our staff will assist you to maintain your independence and to remain in the comfort of your own home. All our staff are fully trained, and DBS checked. Our carers do not rush, and we are very alert in our duty of care to you. We are keen to always go the extra mile for all our clients.

The services we provide include, hourly care, Live in care, night care and general domestic assistance.

We are regulated by Care Quality Commission (CQC) and our staff follow the guidelines and requirements of the regulator.

We at Elstree Home Care would like to lay a

 

great foundation  for care and leave a ‘Legacy of Compassion and Excellence’ which will make a positive difference in the lives of our Clients and their families. We have got a professional dress code which involves a uniform and where a client want us to provide the service discreetly, we don’t wear a uniform.

We use technology to enhance the care we provide. Our carers use secure applications to log in and out of a visit. They can also communicate to the central office using the app on their phone about the care they are providing to our clients in an unobtrusive but innovative way.

Our services include a range of provision to Service Users who demonstrate community care support needs.   This includes support with personal care, continence management, moving & handling and positioning, medication management and skin care, meal preparation, signposting to other services where appropriate and support for carers.
